Learning Center

The IFFGD Learning Center provides a wide range of topics and tools dedicated to providing patients, families, health providers, employers, the public and anyone interested with access to up-to-date information about chronic disorders of the digestive tract and ways to improve lives.

You'll find our own publications Library (Brochures, Fact Sheets, and Articles), which is uniquely devoted to providing reliable information about gastrointestinal disorders and digestive health. Most of the information in our library is written by medical thought leaders from around the world. Many of the items in our Library are free; others have a nominal cost (further discounted to members).

Topics in our Library are addressed at our request specifically for IFFGD readers and often not readily available through other sources. We work closely with the authors so that you can learn about causes, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of many disorders.

You'll find links to other groups, meetings, and institutions that work with GI and related disorders; our Glossary to help you understand medical terms and concepts. And you'll learn about IFFGD's congressional advocacy efforts directed toward funding research on behalf of the children and adults affected by GI disorders.
